It has become popular in Sweden due to its hardiness and ability to yield fruit even in colder locations. The fruits are medium-sized with light brown skin and sweet, light pink flesh. Eaten fresh, dried, or used in cooking.</p> <h4>Cultivation</h4> <p>Thrives in sunny, sheltered spots – preferably against a south-facing wall or in a cold greenhouse. This variety is one of the most frost-hardy figs and can withstand short periods of frost, especially when established. Plant in well-drained soil and protect with leaves or covering fabric during winter in colder parts of the country.
