Some garden taps have a 1/2 connection and then an intermediate connector needs to be purchased.</p> <p>Since the timer sits directly on the tap, no garden hoses or watering systems are under constant pressure - water is only led forward when the timer opens its valve. <p data-start="0" data-end="207"><strong data-start="0" data-end="10">Perlite</strong> is a natural volcanic rock material that has been heat-treated so that it expands and becomes white and porous, somewhat like small light beads. The material is completely sterile and has a neutral pH level.</p> <p data-start="209" data-end="259">In cultivation, perlite is mainly used to:</p> <p data-start="261" data-end="387"><strong data-start="263" data-end="288">Improve drainage</strong> – mixed into soil or seed soil to reduce the risk of water accumulation and root rot.</p> <p data-start="389" data-end="492"><strong data-start="391" data-end="421">Loosen soil structure</strong> – makes heavy soils more airy and gives the roots better access to air.</p> <p data-start="494" data-end="620"><strong data-start="496" data-end="516">Enhance seed soil</strong> – often part of soil mixtures for seed sowing, cutting propagation, and repotting of delicate plants.</p> <p data-start="622" data-end="757"><strong data-start="624" data-end="646">Stabilize moisture</strong> – perlite can retain a small amount of water near the roots while excess water easily drains away.</p> <p data-start="759" data-end="943">Perlite is used in potting soil, growing boxes, greenhouses, and water culture. <p><strong>Frodas Fertilizer in 500 g package</strong></p> <p>Frodas is a 100% natural, slow-acting nutrient supplement made from insect shells and biological material, often called “frass.” It acts as a <em>biostimulant</em>, meaning it not only supplies nutrients but also promotes the plant’s own immune system and the soil’s living organisms.</p> <p>Frodas naturally contains <strong>chitin</strong> from insect shells, a substance that activates the plants’ defense system.
